Creamy Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo



Ranch dressing gives this favorite pasta dish that extra boost of tangy flavor kids love.

You’ll need:
8 oz. whole wheat fettuccine, uncooked
4 cups broccoli florets
½ cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Light dressing
½ cup fat-free half & half
¼ cup fat-free cream cheese
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast meat, cut into 1” chunks
Fresh cracked black pepper

Instructions:
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, except add broccoli to pasta water during last 4 minutes of cooking. Meanwhile, mix ranch dressing, half & half, cream cheese and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  2. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken in oil until golden brown. Add drained cooked pasta and broccoli to chicken.
  3. Stir in sauce mixture. Heat through. Sprinkle with fresh cracked black pepper, if desired.
